We didn't like the bed, it was very uncomfortable, yet it was truly a really great stay. The shuttle to shops was a great perk and breakfast was included.

Brilliant hotel, the staff were all WONDERFULLY HELPFUL and outstanding and the location was beautiful right on waterfront. Warm king room with a super king bed, bathroom, great views.

Everything was excellent and really enjoyed my stay there. Variety of supplies in the room: a work desk, a multi-channel TV and a seating area. It was good to have warm drinks in the downstairs bar.

loved my stay, it was good, the service was great. and it also had magnificent view. exceptional location overall, even though the area was really loud. super base for exploring st ives.

Perfect location, the restaurant was nice and the service was terrific. Plenty of good items for continental breakfast. Our brilliant room was pleasantly furnished and bed was comfy. Everyone who works there was pleasant.

We loved the hotel and exclusive decor, it was a fine experience. Spacious bedroom and large bathroom. Had complimentary drinks in the coffee bar in the evening.

Very very helpful staff, immaculate rooms in a wonderful location. It was located 15 minutes walk from the downtown. The bed was good and it was great having a sofa bed, central heating and a work desk. They made my stay perfect 10/10!
